Huerta de Albalá
Huerta de Albalá is renowned for producing wines that embody the spirit of Spanish winemaking excellence. With a focus on sustainable practices and respect for the vineyard's natural environment, their wines offer remarkable depth and complexity.
Cristina Calvache
Cristina Calvache's wines are made from grapes grown within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. On one side of the mountain range is the oldest vines of the Jaén Blanca variety, which are located in Montenegro. Cultivated using goblet and dry farming on the hillside, between 1,000 and 1,200m, the highest vineyard is over 1400m above sea level, with soils composed of slate, black schist and red schist. On the other side of the mountain range, they have vineyards of red varieties: Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, at an altitude of 1,000 m, with a soil composed mainly of red schist and quartzite.

Nestled in the heart of Ibiza, Ibizkus represents a dedication to traditional winemaking methods combined with modern innovation. Their wines capture the essence of the terroir, offering distinctive flavours that tell the story of the land and the people who cultivate it.
