Overview

At Alma Wines, we take great care in selecting and packaging every bottle we send. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: wine is a perishable product. We can only accept returns of unopened bottles in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns of wine that has been opened or partially consumed.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Bottles that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Wine that has been stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g., exposed to heat or direct sunlight)
  • Orders where the 14-day cancellation window has passed, unless the goods are faulty
How to Return
  1. Email us at [info@almawines.co.uk] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions within 2 business days
  3. Return the goods securely packaged to the address provided
  4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods
Return Shipping Costs
  • Damaged or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
