Ibizkus Totem Red 2022

Totem Red is a very limited production, “single parcel” wine, made only during vintages with exceptional grape quality. Old and heterogeneous vines provide us with the most elegant expression of the local, ungrafted Monastrell from the area of Sant Agustí. 2021 is a fresh and delicate vintage, medium-bodied, with very qualitative tannins.

Location: Ibiza

Production: Grapes destemmed, fermented with indigenous starter cultures (“pied de cuve”) without temperature control, macerated for 24 days.

Grapes: 100% Monastrell (Mourvèdre)

Barrel Type: French Oak

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
