Ibizkus Monastrell 2021

This full-bodied vintage is marked by powerful, dark cherry and complex fruit. One of Ibizkus most polished and complete vintages, highlighted by the local genetics and origin of these ungrafted vines, is part of the legacy left behind by the farmers of the Sant Agustí area. This is a unique and special wine from Ibiza!

Production: Destemmed and inoculated with starter cultures (indigenous yeasts) without temperature control. Macerated during a period of 17 days.

Grape: 100% Monastrell (Mourvèdre)

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
