Taberner Syrah 2019

Deep, intense cherry red colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit, typical of its Mediterranean climate, balsamic notes, and the roasted aromas of the oak in which it is aged, with hints of carob and spices. On the palate, it is flavorful, smooth, and powerful, with good acidity and excellent balance. The finish is persistent and full of character.

Location: Cádiz

Production: The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted on a selection table, and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25ºC in French oak vats. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and transferred to French oak barrels, where it has aged for 24 months.
