A Brut Nature sparkling wine from the biodynamic, high-altitude vineyards of Sierra Nevada Natural Park, Andalucía. One of the most distinctive bottles in the Alma Wines collection. Made from indigenous Jaén Blanca and Chardonnay at 1,100 metres with a strict no-intervention philosophy, this is a Spanish sparkling wine with genuine mountain soul.

The nose is fresh and aromatic: white fruit, delicate blossom, pastry, and a hint of toasted nuts, with a fine, persistent mousse that rises elegantly in the glass. On the palate, it is crisp, expressive, and long, with a natural Brut Nature dryness that makes it a perfect match for food or a celebration.

Second fermentation in the bottle, aged on the lees, riddling, disgorged, and corked by hand. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

Food pairing: Oysters, smoked salmon blinis, or as an aperitif.
