Christina Calvache Paco Viticultural 2024

Brut Nature white sparkling wine made with Jaén Blanca and Chardonnay grapes. Fruity aromas, white flowers, notes of pastry and nuts, with a fine mousse. Fresh, expressive, and persistent on the palate.

Food pairing: Oysters, smoked salmon blinis, or as an aperitif.

Location: Vineyards located in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, at an average altitude of 1,100 metres.

Production: Controlled fermentation of the must for a period of 20 days at a constant temperature of 15°C. A second alcoholic fermentation then takes place in the bottle, followed by ageing on the lees. The wine is then riddled, disgorged, and corked.

Grapes: Jaén Blanca and Chardonnay

Alcohol Content: 12.5%
