Cristina Calvache Syrah 2021
Mix & match 6 bottles for 10% OFF
A powerful and elegant Spanish red wine from one of Europe's most extraordinary terroirs, the high-altitude slopes of Sierra Nevada, Andalucía, at 1,300 metres above sea level.
Deep, intense cherry-red in colour, the nose offers rich aromas of ripe black fruits, violets, cocoa, and warm spice, a signature of Syrah grown in extreme mountain conditions where cool nights preserve freshness and complexity. On the palate, it is unctuous and enveloping, with a well-structured body, vibrant acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
Grown biodynamically on sandstone, marl, and limestone soils on the southern slopes of Sierra Nevada Natural Park, this is a high-altitude red wine of real character, crafted by independent winemaker Cristina Calvache with meticulous attention to the land and nature.
