Barbazul Tinto 2023

Cherry coloured wine with a medium-high intensity. It presents a complex nose dominated by aromas of red fruit, along with notes of wildflowers, spices, and balsamic wood. On the palate, it is flavourful, fresh, and well balanced with acidity, offering a very pleasant and structured mouthfeel. It has a medium-high persistence, with a pleasant, varietal aftertaste.

Food pairing: Beef stew, grilled pork, or Manchego cheese.

Production: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is aged in French Allier oak barrels for 6 months.
