Barbazul Tinto 2023

Cherry-colored wine with a medium-high intensity. It presents a complex nose dominated by aromas of red fruit, along with notes of wildflowers, spices, and balsamic wood. On the palate, it is flavorful, fresh, and well-balanced with acidity, offering a very pleasant and structured mouthfeel. It has a medium-high persistence, with a pleasant, varietal aftertaste.

Production: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is aged in French Allier oak barrels for 6 months.

Grapes:  Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tintilla de Rota.
