Ibizkus Monastrell 2021

A full-bodied and deeply characterful red wine from Ibiza's Sant Agustí area — made from ungrafted, indigenous Monastrell vines whose roots reach deep into the soil, carrying the genetic memory of the island's winemaking heritage.

Rich and powerful, the nose opens with dark cherry, complex red and black fruit, and a depth that speaks of old vines and a warm island vintage. On the palate, it is polished and complete, one of Ibizkus's finest expressions of what makes Ibiza's terroir so singular and so worth celebrating.
