Taberner Blanc de Noir 2024

A rare and extraordinary wine from Huerta de Albalá, a white wine made entirely from red Merlot grapes. Through an early harvest and rapid cold pressing, the skins never touch the must, yielding a wine of intense straw gold colour with all the aromatic freshness of a white.

The nose offers tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, followed by ripe white peach and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with marked acidity and a fruity, gently spiced finish. An award-winning wine that makes a genuinely memorable gift or special occasion bottle.

Food pairing: Seared scallops, grilled white fish, or soft cheeses.
