Cristina Calvache Cabernet 2021

Intense dark cherry red colour, with aromas of red fruits, leather, toast, and marked balsamic notes. On the palate, it is powerful, full-bodied, long, and has a persistent finish.

Location: Vineyards located in the Sierra de Gádor, at an average altitude of 1,000 meters, are cultivated on trellises on limestone soil.

Production: Controlled fermentation with maceration of the skins for a period of 10 days, at a temperature between 28 and 30º C. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation was carried out at a controlled temperature of 20º C.

Ageing: French oak

Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Alcohol Content: 14%
