Intense straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, followed by an intense aroma of white fruit. Fresh entry with marked and balanced acidity. Fruity and slightly spicy finish.

Production: Very special wine made with a red grape variety, which, thanks to its early harvest and rapid bleeding, allows for obtaining a white must that will be fermented at 11ºC for 25 days.
