A rare and extraordinary white wine from the sun-soaked island of Ibiza, crafted from indigenous Malvasia and small-berried Muscat grapes grown metres from the Mediterranean Sea.
The nose opens with bright notes of citrus, apple, and pear, followed by an expressive floral lift, characteristics of Malvasia at its most elegant. On the palate, medium-bodied fruit is beautifully balanced by a refreshing mineral salinity, shaped by the sea mist that drifts across these coastal vineyards.
Aged in a single 700-litre French oak barrel on fine lees, this is a Spanish white wine of genuine finesse, one of only a handful of wines produced from ungrafted, indigenous Ibizan varieties. Limited production. Unforgettable.
